- Activity Details: Please carefully review the date, time, and fee of the activity to ensure you fully understand all aspects of the event.
- Registration Criteria: Participants must be at least 12 years old to join. Please confirm that you meet this age requirement.
- Fee Payment: Start by purchasing your ticket on the designated ticketing platform. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an order number via email. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
After obtaining the code number, complete the registration form on the site. The selection of the ray is done here. Ensure that your workshop entrance ticket and ray initiation payments are included in the same order bill (do not separate the entrance ticket and ray initiation payments into different orders). - Refund Policy:
- Once you have successfully registered, refunds will not be provided.
- Due to the short notice and timing constraints, all confirmed registrations are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.

- One-day workshop: July 17th (Wednesday) 10:00 – 14:00
- Ray Initiation Day 1: July 17th (Wednesday) from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- Fee: 150 EUR / 800 MYR per ray. Participants may select up to 3 rays in Level One and up to 3 rays in Level Two.
- Ray Initiation Day 2：July 18th (Thursday) 10:00 – 14:00
- Fee: 150 EUR / 800 MYR per ray. Participants may select up to 3 rays in Level One and up to 3 rays in Level Two.
- Ray Initiation Guidelines for this Workshop:
- Each participant may receive a maximum of six rays: three from Level One and three from Level Two.
- Note: You can only advance to Level Two of the same ray after 2-3 months of continuous practice.
- The two-day ray initiation will be held at different locations, so please take note!
- Refund Policy: Refunds are strictly prohibited. Once registration is complete, we finalize the number of participants to ensure that each attendee receives the best learning resources and experiences. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Plan accordingly (or can use Plan Ahead ): To ensure timely attendance for the course, please plan your schedule in advance. If any changes occur, registered participants will be promptly informed.

- Each registration form is limited to a single participant.
- Please do not register for others or engage in inappropriate actions such as reserving multiple seats. If such behavior is detected, the registration will be canceled, the individual will be blacklisted, and no refunds.
- Upon paying the registration fee, ensure you pay only for your own fee. Avoid combining payments for multiple people, as this can cause reconciliation issues. Any excess payments will be treated as a donation to the Global Light Grid and will not be refunded.
- Please complete the registration form using your official identity document. You will be required to present your photo ID for verification upon admission. If the information does not match, entry will be denied.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. If such actions are found, the relevant qualifications will be canceled, the individual will be permanently blacklisted, and the applicable fee will be forfeited.

2. After purchasing your tickets, complete the registration form on the same day to secure your seat. You will need enter the code number. Ray initiation will be selected here. Please note you can’t submit this form before payment is made. On-site registration is not available!
